TO OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES/CANADA

CENTRAL ASIA AND UKRAINE. Oct. 23-31. The U.S. Department of Commerce is leading a mission to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine for U.S. computer hardware, software and service companies. Contact: Danny Valverde, (202) 482-0573.

HAITI. Oct. 25-27. The U.S. Department of Commerce is sponsoring a light- manufacturing business-development mission to Haiti. Contact: Mark Siegelman, (202) 482-0704.

CHINA. Oct. 27-Nov. 6. The U.S.-China Chamber of Commerce is leading a trade mission to Beijing, Wuhan and Shanghai for companies interested in medium and light industry and consumer products. Contact: Sharon Liu, (212) 566-2338.
