SEAWAY PORT AUTHORITY OF DULUTH

Thomas E. Grosser, safety and compliance coordinator for AGP Grain Ltd. of Omaha, has been reelected president of the port authority's board of commissioners.Mr. Grosser is operations manager for AGP facilities at Duluth and Nerstrand, Minn.

Sharon Clark, deputy commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, won election to a third term as vice president of the board of commissioners.

She and her husband operate a corn and soybean farm, and a hog-finishing operation near Madison, Minn.

NORTON LILLY INTERNATIONAL INC.

Manuel Fernandez was named sales manager, Northeast region. He has been with Norton Lilly for the past three years, holding a variety of positions, most recently as account executive.

Pamela Gonzalez was named sales manager, Miami. She has been a sales representative with Norton Lilly for the past nine years.

Steve Barry and Jorge Andino were hired as account executives.

Mr. Barry, who has sales experience, was most recently with Shipco Transport Inc. He will be based in Secaucus, N.J.

Mr. Andino comes to Norton Lilly with experience in the U.S. East Coast and Gulf and east coast of South America trade. He will be based in Miami.

Joseph Marcheski was named account executive in Secaucus. He was previously an equipment control manager for Norton Lilly.

Juan A. Anduiza and Brian D. Starer, partners in the New York firm, were elected to the firm's director committee, which is responsible for developing firm policies, overseeing major matters, and admitting new partners.

Mr. Anduiza, a litigation partner, handles trials and arbitrations, both commercial and maritime.

Mr. Starer, executive partner, practices in the litigation department, focusing on admirality.
