Drilling horizontal wells offshore

Oil and Natural Gas Commission, Bombay, has invited prequalification bids

from experienced drilling companies for drilling short radius and medium radius, drain holes in existing wells in offshore. The bids are to be submitted within four weeks.

Pre-qualification criteria for short and medium radius drain hole drilling - experience: the bidders or their associates should have the experience of successfully drilling at least one short radius and one medium radius drain hole in existing vertical/inclined well sufficient data proving the successful track record must be provided; capability: the bidders should submit personnel profile for the group involved in this project. They should also submit their last annual report with the bid. Bidders' involvement in the different projects should include: engineering study for well selection; drilling and completion; and providing specialized equipment.

Project schedule: the bidders should indicate the time schedule for drilling drain holes (short radius and medium radius) in existing wells. The time schedule should be based on the well data, same can be obtained from Assistant Executive Engineer, at address below, between 14:30 hours to 16:30 hours on all working days.

Equipment: the bidders should clearly specify the type of specialized and regular tools necessary for drain hole drilling. Bidders should also describe in sufficient details the techniques they propose to use. The bidders have to specify the recommended sources of specialized tools. Services: the requirement of personnel and equipment for drilling and completion should be stated for different stages during: engineering study; drilling; and completion.

Mexico - Direct Sales to End-User

Printing press

The requirement is for one two-color 63-inch sheet-fed lithographic offset printing press consisting of a rigid frame containing two printing units, a non-stop stream feeder, sheet feed-in and register system, non-stop delivery system, a central lubrication system and all necessary motors and electrical systems. The feed and delivery systems are to accommodate direct mill skid loading by hand or electric pallet transporter. The press shall be of a sheet

size not larger than 43,250 x 63 inches (1,100 x 1,600 mm), with a minimum sheet size of 23,625 x 38 inches (600 x 965 mm).

Full technical details may be obtained in DGFVE technical document no 80, issue 2. Place of delivery: Middlesex. The equipment is to be delivered and installed by February 1989 at the latest. No special legal form required but each supplier will be required to become jointly and severally responsible for the contract before acceptance. Final date for the dispatch of invitations to tender: May 16, 1988.

Unless evidence as to technical capability and financial standing has already been supplied (in which case, the Ministry of Defence branch to whom such evidence was last provided and the relevant MOD and/or company reference must be stated), evidence as specified in articles 22 (1) and 23 (1) of directive 77/62/EEC must be submitted.
