Simatech

Simatech is a feeder operator providing services in the Persian Gulf, the Indian Subcontinent, Far East, and East Africa. Established in 1992, the Business Bay, Dubai-based company operates a fleet of 21 vessels to 16 different destinations with a total combined capacity of 49,472 TEUs. The company has transported a volume of more than 1 million TEUs annually, and employs more than 200 individuals across 24 service offices in UAE, Singapore, India, Somalia, and North America.

Simatec launched a new container service connecting Vallarpadam Transshipment Terminal, India, with Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates in February 2014. The container line is using three vessels with capacities of approximately 1,200 TEUs on the regional service.
