Located in Glen Allen, VA, Independent Container Line (ICL) provides containerized services between Europe and the United States.  ICL provides fixed weekly sailing from each of its four ports of call: Antwerp, Belgium; Southampton, United Kingdom; Chester, Pennsylvania; and Wilmington, North Carolina.Its integrated door-to-door services cover warehousing and distribution; documentation services; managed cargo clearance; hard-to-handle services; and online cargo tracking, Its Coil-Tainer division, dedicated to the secure transportation of coils, provides a patented pallet and portable container-loading/unloading system for shipments of steel, aluminum, copper and tin-plate coils.
