AAPA TAPS CAYMAN ISLANDS OFFICIAL

More than 600 delegates at the American Association of Port Authorities' 84th annual convention Thursday installed Erroll Bush as their new chairman.

Mr. Bush is director of ports for the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands.He succeeds Davis Helberg, executive director of the Seaway Port Authority of Duluth.

Mr. Bush was elected chairman in March during AAPA's conference in Washington. He is the second Caribbean port official in AAPA's 87-year history to become chairman.

The first Caribbean delegation chairman was Jan Oenes of Curacao Ports Authority, Netherland Antilles, from 1970 to 1971.
