Shuangliu country, located southwest of Chengdu in the Sichuan province ranks as the top performing county by economic development for all western counties. It is home to the fourth busiest airport of China, where its status as a crucial aviation and logistics hub is expected to form the impetus for the region’s economic growth. Mr Yi Jun, Deputy Director of the Sichuan Investment Promotion Bureau and Co-Sec Gen for the SSTIC, said at the MOU signing, “With Sichuan’s focus on high-end manufacturing and digital IT services, it is imperative that we tap on specialists from the logistics and infrastructural domains to enable our continued growth as a key logistics hub of Western China. We are delighted to welcome YCH, an international player and Singaporean brand with in-depth solutions and entrenched presence in the whole of Greater China region, on board our journey to enhance the overall business value proposition to both domestic companies and foreign investors that are rapidly growing in our Sichuan province.”
The YCH DistriPark™ in Shuangliu will be designed as a highly energy-efficient and modern warehouse providing sophisticated logistics value-added solutions, cold chain capabilities, bonded solutions and the Group’s signature City Supply Chain™ solution to enhance last mile distribution and consumer fulfillment in the region. Given its strategic location within the aviation zone, customers will also benefit from the seamless connectivity made possible by the multitude of international freight and trade lanes. With a total investment of approximately SGD 100 million, the completed DistriPark™ would span over 150mu.

YCH is honoured to be selected as one of the local government’s preferred logistics partners to facilitate the exciting developments of the region’s business and industrial sectors, both in supporting the growth of our own customers as well as reinforcing Shuangliu’s unique role in Sichuan province as a key logistics gateway for Western China and the region.”
