Logistrans Instanbul 2012 Granted an Award to Ekol

INSTANBUL, Turkey — As the fastest growing Turkish logistics company in Europe, Ekol Logistics continues to receive awards for its successful operations. Ekol Logistics received the "International Logistics Operators (L2)" award in 2012 Logistics Awards organized within the Logitrans Transport Logistics Exhibition for the 3rd time. Nedret Koray, Ekol Logistics's Board Member, received the award from Mustafa Sever, Deputy Minister for Economy, at the ceremony held on November 16th, in Istanbul Expo Centre.

In the Logistrans Logistics Awards held in 13 different categories, nominees were assessed by a grand jury consisting of the representatives of sectoral journals and civil society organizations from the sector. On the basis of the jury's assessment, Ekol Logistics received one more award with its achievements in the categories of total turnover (USD), number of employees, number of trips abroad, number of branches abroad, number of self-owned vehicles, turnover of foreign sea transport (Tons) - (TEU), foreign air transport (USD), foreign railway transport (Ton), covered storage and warehouse areas (m2).
