e2e Logistics offers CRM software

e2e Logistics Consulting Inc. said it released three products targeting freight forwarders, customs brokers and others needing to manage customer relationships, sales, purchasing and order control.

e2e, based in Bayville, N.Y., was founded last year by Hank Ulrich after he left the DCS Group, which purchased his prior firm H.B. Ulrich & Associates.

The products include: SPS (Sales Person System), a sales and customer resource management tool that includes functionality for trade lanes, freight rating, accessorial rating, and proposal generation; POET (Purchase Order Expediting & Tracking), a system designed to allow customers to enter global purchase orders; and TAC (Task & Appointment Control), which allows users to set up meetings or assign tasks to individuals.
