East, Gulf coast ports gain amid China trade war

East and Gulf Coast ports in the first 10 months of 2019 were largely unaffected by US-China trade war, but West Coast ports, which are heavily dependent upon imports from China, registered a 3.2 percent decline in total imports from Asia.
