Japanese cargo carrier takes delivery of refurnished planes

Orange Cargo Inc., a Japanese start-up air freight carrier, has taken delivery of the first of four converted Beech 1900C passenger aircraft, Raytheon Aircraft Co. announced

Orange Cargo, based in Nagoya, plans to link eight cities -- Tokyo, Nagasaki, Kagoshima, Iki, Fukue, Okinawa, Tokuno Shima and Amami - when it launches services in October.

Raytheon's Airline Aviation Services unit refurbished the used, 19-seat aircraft and converted them to a cargo configuration.
