Transportation and logistics provider Werner Enterprises recently opened a new terminal in Brownstown Charter Township, near Detroit. The 10-acre site is south of the Detroit, Michigan/Windsor, Ontario region, which is a primary border-crossing point for the company’s freight to eastern Canada.
Werner recently lowered expectations for the third quarter, saying that costs are rising faster than revenue per mile.
