North American truckload transportation business Knight Transportation reported profit in the fourth quarter of 2012 was $17.7 million, up 1.3 percent from $17.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Quarterly revenue increased 8.1 percent from $224.1 million in 2011 to $242.3 million in 2012.
For the full year of 2012, profit was $64.1 million, rising 6.4 percent from $60.2 million in 2011. Annual revenue was $936.0 million in 2012, an 8.1 percent gain compared with $866.2 million the previous year.
