Reading, Penn.-based Penske Logistics, a subsidiary of Penske Truck Leasing, has appointed two senior vice presidents.
Joe Carlier has been promoted to senior vice president of global sales from his previous role as vice president of sales in the company’s central region. He has 25 years of sales and operations experience in transportation and logistics, including 17 years with Penske Logistics. He will be based at the company’s headquarters.
Penske Logistics has hired Jeffery A. Bullard as senior vice president of operations in the company’s central region. He will be based out of the Penske Logistics office in Warren, Mich.
Prior to joining the company, Bullard worked at the private equity firm Transportation Resource Partners. While at TRP, he served as CEO of Versant Supply Chain. He has more than 25 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, having held positions with IBM, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Deloitte Consulting and Alaris Consulting. He also served as director of North American logistics for General Motors.
