Mahindra & Mahindra, an Indian multinational automobile manufacturing corporation, and Navistar International, an Illinois-based truck manufacturer, have announced Mahindra has completed its acquisition of the Navistar Group’s stake in Mahindra Navistar Automotives and Mahindra Navistar Engines.
