Third-party transportation and logistics provider TTS is merging with Walsh Transportation Group.
Walsh Transportation Group, which is based in Exeter, N.H., has an asset-based trucking division, Atlantic Distribution Services, as well as a logistics segment, WTG Logistics.
The merger is line with Dallas-based TTS’s expansion strategy.
