TransForce has indirectly disposed of 500,000 common shares of Vitran Corporation, representing 3.05 percent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Vitran.
As a result of this disposition, the Canadian truck driver staffing firm has indirect ownership of, and control and direction over, an aggregate of 1,263,478 common shares of Vitran, representing 7.70 percent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Vitran.
