TransForce, one of the largest North American trucking operators, has completed the acquisition of all shares of same-day and expedited carrier Velocity Express and its subsidiaries.
The transaction is expected to generate annual revenue of about $160 million and to be accretive for TransForce.
It is TransForce’s third acquisition in since 2010.
