Panther Expedited Services has appointed R. Louis Schneeberger as president and CEO and Edward R. Wadel as chief operating officer.
Andrew C. Clarke, Panther’s president and CEO since 2007, has resigned from the Arkansas Best Corporation subsidiary.
Schneeberger joined Panther in 2010 as CFO and treasurer. He previously served as CFO for two publicly traded companies and as chairman of the board for another.
Wadel has served as Panther’s CIO since 2006. However, Wadel initially worked with Panther as an on-site consultant and helped develop many of Panther’s original information technology systems.
