Gulf Intermodal Services Announces Management Promotions

Gulf Intermodal Services has promoted Linda Johnson to regional vice president of the New Orleans office, Jim Gillis to regional vice president of the Houston office and Saul Ramirez to safety and recruiting supervisor of the Houston office.

Prior to this position, Johnson held various roles at the drayage company, including director of sales and customer care and regional director.

Gillis previously held various roles in the intermodal industry, including president of Global Group Logistics/Double G Transportation, general manager of TCI Trucking and Warehousing and, most recently, regional manager of GIS.

Before joining GIS, Ramirez was operations manager of integrated accounts for IKON North America and transportation manager for Gulf Coast Presort.
