Congestion at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach has led to the creation of OffPeak, a first-of-its-kind program that will shift cargo transportation from peak daytime hours to nights and weekends starting July 23. In this 90-minute teleconference you will learn the details of the OffPeak program and how it will affect your business.

In this teleconference, you will learn:
  • How OffPeak responds to demands from cargo owners and elected officials for a solution to port congestion.
  • How new night and weekend operations will shift cargo movement out of congested daytime hours.
  • Who must pay a Traffic Mitigation Fee (TMF) on cargo going in and out of the ports during peak daytime hours.
  • How to pay the TMF and track payment status.
  • How TMF payment information will be distributed to marine terminals, trucking companies and other interested parties.
