Sea Star Line Takes on a Noble Mission

Jacksonville, FL (March 10, 2010) - Sea Star Line, LLC is pleased to announce that it has been selected to transport a prized piece of artwork for the new Wildlife Museum in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

The Noble Ruler is a life sized sculpture of an African Elephant. It was commissioned by San Juan's new Wildlife Museum, which is located on Kennedy Avenue. The Noble Ruler is made of bronze, and will be the sculptural centerpiece displayed in front of the museum. It weighs 9,800 pounds, stands more than 15 feet high, is nearly 11 feet wide, and 30 feet long.

Sea Star Line arranged for its Spectrum Logistics subsidiary to secure the Noble Ruler in Aurora, OR and carefully transported this majestic statue over 4000 miles. The sculpture was delivered in Jacksonville, FL then loaded onto special equipment and secured on ship's deck for the journey to its new home at the Wildlife Museum in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
