Lakeland, Fla., Aug. 16, 2012 – Saddle Creek Logistics Services has been named as a leading logistics solution provider by three industry publications. Inbound Logistics, SupplyChainBrain, and Food Logistics have all recognized the company on their latest lists of top 3PLs.

Inbound Logistics has named Saddle Creek as a “Top 100 3PL” for the 14th consecutive year. “Saddle Creek is responsive and continues to anticipate evolving needs by offering the strategic solutions required to drive business process improvement and change for its customers,” said Felecia Stratton, Inbound Logistics editor.

SupplyChainBrain’s “Great Supply Chain Partner Award” is based on nominations from logistics and supply chain professionals for vendors and service providers whose solutions have made a significant impact on efficiency, customer service and overall supply chain performance. This year’s list is comprised of the 100 most qualified companies from more than 3,000 nominations.

Food Logistics’ “Top 100 3PL and Cold Storage Providers” is an annual listing of the leading companies that provide third-party logistics services to the food industry. “The companies on this year’s list offer tremendous value to their customers in the food and beverage sector, starting with their understanding of the requirements and demands unique to this space,” said Lara L. Sowinski, editor-in-chief at Food Logistics. Saddle Creek has been featured on the list since it was first established in 2006.

“At Saddle Creek, we continually strive for service excellence and seek out new ways to provide value for our customers,” said Cliff Otto, Saddle Creek president. “Recognition from such respected industry sources helps to confirm that we are, indeed, achieving our goals for optimal performance.”
