The budget includes $3.6 billion for the construction of highway projects; $765 million for maintenance and operation; $401 million for public transit development grants; $288 million in seaport infrastructure enhancements; $287 million for bridge repair and replacement, including the replacement of 31 bridges; $169 million for aviation improvement; and $144 million for safety initiatives.
