Committee Seeks Comments on Caribbean Trade Benefits

The Trade Policy Staff Committee is seeking public comment, due no later than midnight on Nov. 9, about whether Curacao, Saint Martin and the Turks and Caicos Islands should be eligible to receive benefits under the Caribbean Basin Economy Recovery Act, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced. In addition, comments are requested on whether Aruba, the Bahamas, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Kitts, Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines should be eligible to receive benefits under the Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act.
