Upstate New York Short Line to Improve Infrastructure for Ore Trains

The Massena Terminal Railroad Company in St. Lawrence County, N.Y., has signed a contract for the main line track and bridge rehabilitation project, after receiving $1.6 million from the New York State Department of Transportation, according to the North Country Regional Economic Development Council.
