TCV Railway, the rail freight provider that forms part of terminal operator Grup TCB, will launch a container service between the Port of Valencia and Miranda de Ebro, a city in the Spanish province of Burgos, on Nov. 23, the company announced today.
The new route is an extension of the already consolidated TCV Railway services between the port and central Spain. It will expand the company’s area of operations to the north of the Iberian Peninsula, allowing companies from northern regions in Spain to have direct access to the Mediterranean.
The rail service will begin with a weekly frequency in both directions.
