The new location is in close proximity (within 8 minutes) to the Port of Houston Ship Channel. The company purchased the 5.1-acre fully stabilized container storage yard and a recently renovated 6,200 square foot office/shop building due to the need to have its own container storage space, a repair facility, a show yard, professional office space for its client meetings and staff as well as higher visibility.
