Modern Terminals has hired Vivian Tso as chief financial officer.
Tso will lead Modern Terminals’ next phase of development, according to the Hong Kong-based container terminal operator.
Tso has experience in strategic development, joint ventures, acquisitions, shareholder communications and international business management. Prior to joining the group, Tso served as the group general manager of finance for The Zuellig Group and group CFO in Shinwa Internatinoal Holdings. In 2001, she was a founder and CFO of BtNAccess, now PCCW Global. From 1994 to 2000, she held a number of finance leadership roles with various Asia-Pacific business units of General Electric. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from San Jose State University of California.
