The Virginia Port Authority has chosen Boyden to help find its new CEO.
Tim McNamara, managing director of Boyden, an executive search firm, and global head of Boyden’s transportation and infrastructure practice, will lead the search. He has more than 24 years of senior level international search experience and is a senior member of Boyden’s global industrial practice, which focuses on the aerospace, defense and intelligence and transportation sectors.
“The VPA has selected Boyden global executive search due to its proven history as a strong partner to VPA and its vast experience in recruiting leaders for seaports,” said David M. James, VPA’s director of contracts and real estate, in a written statement.
“We have partnered with the VPA previously in conducting their CEO search in 2007,” McNamara said.
