Kerry Logistics has opened three new logistics centers in Chongqing, Wuxi and Xiamen, China, continuing its expansion in the nation.
The three facilities total 140,000 square meters combined. The 86,800-square-meter Chongqing center serves western China, offering logistics services for multiple industry sectors, including automotive parts and accessories, pharmaceutical and health care, and electronics and technology. The 31,400-square-meter Wuxi facility is located near Wuxi Shoufang Airport and the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway. The 42,800-square-meter Xiamen center, located in the Haicang Export Processing Zone, supports electronics and technology customers, fashion and retail brands and food and beverage clients.
“Opening three new logistics centers demonstrates our commitment to our customers in China,” said Edwardo Erni, Kerry Logistics’ managing director of mainland China, in a written statement.
The supply chain services provider now owns and operates 17 logistics centers across China, with more under construction.
