The Port of San Diego has appointed Robert “Bob” DeAngelis as CFO and treasurer, following a nationwide search for this position.
DeAngelis, who will begin his new role immediately, will oversee the financial services and accounting division, as well as the port’s business and information technology services. He succeeds Jeff McEntee, who is retiring in May after 25 years of service with the California port. McEntee has held the CFO and treasurer position since 2001.
DeAngelis is moving to San Diego from Utah, where he was a senior vice president of operations reporting at Teleperformance. His prior experience included CFO for a Teleperformance subsidiary, vice president of finance for Dexpo.com and working at KPMG.
