The less-than-truckload carrier opened its Cheyenne Service Center to expand in the western U.S. The relocation boosted the terminal’s size from four to 21 doors. The facility’s service area includes Cheyenne, Laramie, Saratoga, Wheatland and Torrington in Wyoming, and Scottsbluff, Sidney and Kimball in Nebraska.
The Thomasville, N.C.-based company opened the 59-door Allentown Service Center to increase its capacity in the eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey region. The facility’s service area includes Bethlehem, Easton, Reading, Hazleton and Pottsville in Pennsylvania, and Hackettstown, Belvidere, Flemington, Ringoes and High Bridge in New Jersey.
The relocations are part of a $95 million investment that the less-than-truckload carrier has committed to real estate purchases and expansion projects in 2013.
