“K” Line has upgraded its intra-Asia service with improved transit times and better coverage between Japan and the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
The shipping company said four 2,600-TEU vessels will be deployed on each of two services, JASECO-4 and JASECO-5.
The new port rotation for JASECO-4 will be as follows: Tokyo; Yokohama, Japan; Shimizu, Japan; Yokkaichi, Japan; Nagoya, Japan; Kobe, Japan; Manila, Philippines; Singapore; Port Klang, Malaysia; Jakarta, Indonesia; Singapore again; Hong Kong; and back to Tokyo.
The port rotation for JASECO-5 will be as follows: Osaka, Japan; Nagoya; Shimizu; Tokyo; Yokohama; Singapore; Jakarta; Singapore again; Manila; and returning to Osaka.
JASECO-4 southbound will commence with an estimated time of arrival in Tokyo on March 27, and JABESCO-5 southbound will start with an ETA in Osaka on March 27. JASECO-4 northbound will commence with an ETA in Jakarta on April 12, and JASECO-5 will start with an ETA in Jakarta on April 11.
