Ryder System completed its acquisition of Total Logistics Control, a third-party logistics provider, for approximately $200 million.
The acquisition, announced last month, extends the $5.1 billion company's reach in the beverage, food and consumer packaged goods markets.
The Holland, Mich., logistics and warehouse operator has 34 facilities with 10.6 million square feet of dry and temperature-controlled warehousing in 13 states.
TLC is expected to add about $250 million to Ryder's revenue in 2011.
Ryder also said it will acquire Carmenita Leasing, a truck leasing and rental business in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., for an undisclosed price.
