Logical Properties changed its business name to 3CE Technologies, effective Sept. 21, the supplier of software for harmonized system codes for commodity classification announced today.
"We are very excited about the introduction of our new company name," said Randy Rotchin, president and CEO of 3CE Technologies, based in Montreal, Canada. "We believe the name 3CE Technologies allows us to better represent our business as our HS classification solutions grow in popularity."
The company's flagship product is 3CE, the Commodity Code Classification Engine, which converts everyday product information into accurate HS Codes. 3CE has been adopted by a variety of prominent government and private sector organizations including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, The United States Census Bureau, and the United States Postal Service. The company develops specialized software systems that eliminate commodity-reporting errors, ensure accuracy in duty payments, and facilitate global trade. The name change represents an effort by the company to unify the company and its brand.
