Lockheed Martin announced it has completed its acquisition of the Atlanta-based Eagle Group International for an undisclosed sum.
Eagle provides logistics, information technology, training and healthcare services to the Department of Defense. Its revenue is generated mainly from work for the U.S. Army.
Lockheed Martin said all obligations associated with Eagle Group's Department of Labor Job Corp Contract were excluded from the transaction.
Founded in 1995, Lockheed Martin employs more than 140,000 people and is based in Bethesda, Md.
