Metro Ports, the new brand of Metropolitan Stevedore Co., Southeast Crescent Shipping Co., Cape Fear Bulk LLC and Southeast Maritime Services LLC, which holds the Savannah International Terminal, recently announced five organization changes.
Robert Waterman has been named regional vice president of West Coast operations. Waterman, who began his career at Metropolitan Stevedore Co. in 1986, worked in various positions and locations and most recently served as vice president of bulk operations, managing bulk operations in Long Beach, Calif., and Anacortes, Wash.
Frank Divona was appointed regional vice president of West Coast business development. Divona began his maritime industry career with Crescent Wharf and Warehouse in 1975 and joined Metropolitan Stevedore Co. in 1985.
Ted Winter is Metro Ports' regional vice president of East Coast business development. Winter joined Metro in 2004 to develop the company's growth on the U.S. East Coast, and before that held management and executive positions with Federal Marine Terminals in the Great Lakes and U.S. East Coast, Texas American Shipping in Houston and Ridley Terminals in British Columbia.
Patrick Hall joins Metro as the new director of East Coast business development. Recently retired from Cooper/T. Smith, Hall has 37 years of industry experience in operations and marketing.
