Caribbean Transportation Services, a subsidiary of FedEx Logistics, will inaugurate a flight linking Borinquen, Puerto Rico, with Dallas and Los Angeles on Monday.
The carrier will use an Airbus A-300 freighter that has cargo capacity of 90,000 pounds. The service is targeted at customers in the pharmaceutical, high-tech and fashion industries.''Customers will now have flexible service options for shipments over 150 pounds that require fast, reliable freight service between these two very important U.S. markets and Puerto Rico,'' said Rick Faieta, president of Caribbean Transportation Services.
Caribbean Transportation Services also provides service to Puerto Rico from Hartford, Conn.; Greensboro, N.C.; Indianapolis, and Miami.
