U.S. Trade with Japan
U.S. goods trade in 2009 with Japan, its fourth-largest trading partner, was at its lowest level since 1992. Although totaling more than $147 billion, it was off $57 billion or 28 percent from 2008, reducing the U.S. trade deficit with Japan by 39.6 percent.
