
CHICAGO, IL, September 14, 2011 — FreightCar America, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAIL) announced today that it will be exhibiting three new railcar designs at the Railway Interchange 2011 trade show and exhibition September 18-21, 2011 in Minneapolis.

The new cars will be shown at FreightCar America’s outdoor exhibit (#131) at the Canadian Pacific Humboldt Rail Yard.

Another new presence at the show will be FreightCar Rail Services, LLC, a FreightCar America subsidiary. FreightCar Rail Services, with facilities in Nebraska, Indiana, and Colorado, offers more than 100 years of combined expertise in lifecycle railcar maintenance, car management, unit train maintenance and mobile services.
