Raul Alfonso, Tampa Port Authority's new chief commercial officer.Florida’s Tampa Port Authority has hired Raul Alfonso to be chief commercial officer.
He will lead the authority’s marketing and real estate development.
Alfonso is currently serving as senior director of trade development and global marketing for the Jacksonville Port Authority. He will begin his new post in Tampa on Feb. 4.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the port industry, and joined Jaxport in 2002.
