Mark Wilson, Port of Kalama's new executive director.The Port of Kalama’s commissioners have appointed Mark Wilson to serve as the Washington port’s executive director, starting April 1.
He succeeds Lanny Cawley, who is retiring. Cawley has led the port’s operations since 1998.
Wilson, who currently serves as deputy director, was first hired 30 years ago as a high school student on the summer maintenance crew and has held roles of increasing responsibility since then. He spent the majority of his tenure on the port’s development activities.
