Port of Corpus Christi commissioners promoted Frank Brogan, former deputy port director of engineering, finance and administration services, to the role of managing director, effective immediately.
The promotion is part of a succession planning and organizational restructuring, the port said.
Brogan will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the port, including business development, engineering, information technology, human resources and communications. He will report to John LaRue, the port’s executive director.
Brogan is a registered professional engineer and surveyor who has worked for the port since 1987.
