International Container Terminal Services has completed the 35 percent purchase of a container terminal in Pakistan.
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, ICTSI said it made the deal for Pakistan International Container Terminal through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary ICTSI Mauritius Ltd., which had previously signed a definitive share purchase agreement in March.
PICT is located in Karachi port and offers annual capacity of some 750,000 TEUs.
