Westport, Conn.-based Terex has promoted Kevin Bradley, current president of Terex Cranes, to senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately after the filing of the company’s annual report for 2012. Bradley succeeds Phil Widman, who is retiring on March 31.
Tim Ford, current president of Terex Aerial Work Platforms, will succeed Bradley as president of Terex Cranes, effective immediately. He will continue to be responsible for Terex Utilities and Terex Services North America, and will also be in charge of the company’s Latin American operations, as well as corporate strategic accounts and government programs.
The heavy equipment manufacturer also named Steve Filipov, current president of development markets and strategic accounts, as president of Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions and future CEO of Demag Cranes (once the company is integrated into Terex), and Matt Fearon, current vice president and general manager of AWP Americas, as president of Terex AWP. George Ellis, current president of Terex Construction, will continue in his role and assume responsibility for the company’s operations in India.
