Stockholm-based crane spreader manufacturer Bromma Conquip has contracted an order for 52 yard spreaders from the new DP World-led Rotterdam World Gateway terminal in the Netherlands.
The YSX45 single-lift hydraulic spreaders will be fitted to automatic stacking cranes. They will be delivered with a headblock, which is automated through micro-motion.
The terminal is due to begin initial operations in July 2013, and the Bromma spreaders are scheduled for delivery on site by September 2014.
