Cargotec recently signed contracts to supply four new Kalmar reachstackers to the Port of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Two DRF420-60S5 reachstackers were purchased by Terminal Ferroviaria Agentina S.A., joining an existing Kalmar DC4160 laden container handler fleet.
The other two DRF450-65S5 reachstackers were sold to another terminal at the port, replacing two existing Kalmar DC4160 laden container handlers.
The equipment is scheduled for delivery between October and December.
The order is the latest in a series of orders from South America this year, said Marcelo Massa, managing director of Cargotec Argentina SRL.
