Miami, FEC Railway Position South Florida As Big Ship Gateway

It is great to see Gulf Ports and East Coast Ports, getting ready for the Panama Canal Expansion. Unfortunately, they have not spending enough time and resources developing need market partnerships with "upstream" or "inland" facilities. Many of the upstream and inland communities, do not have a clue, "to coming waves of freight". JML
