Nervous times

Even if your job appears halfway safe -- a big if for many people -- today's economy provides much to be nervous about. The banking system remains in disarray, companies are struggling, and an estimated 600,000 U.S. jobs vanished in January alone. There are daily headlines about layoffs, downsizings and bankruptcies.
